Product shipping and shipping fees

Once payment is confirmed, we start preparing your order.

You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.

 

Please note: Whenever orders leave our premises, they go through our quality department to ensure product excellence. Upon dispatch, they are properly packed and protected.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged orders.

However, we will always help the customer resolve the situation in the best possible way.

To help you, please send an email to backoffice@tmchealthlab.com and include your order number in the subject line of your email. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs:

*Shipping is free for orders over €65 and only for mainland Portugal.

Shipping time

Orders placed at the weekend will only be processed from the following Monday.

We usually ship from Monday to Friday, with the product delivered to the customer on the next business day (only for shipments to mainland Portugal):

  • Mainland Portugal – 1 to 3 business days;
  • Autonomous Region of Madeira / Autonomous Region of the Azores – 48 to 96 hours;
  • International – 5 to 8 business days;

There may be delays beyond our control, so these numbers may not reflect reality.

What to consider when your order is delivered:

If your order package is damaged (torn, wet, semi-open) or if you feel that the contents of the order are damaged, do not open the envelope and contact the carrier.  We are also available to help you with this procedure: tmchealthlab@tmchealthlab.com

We cannot redirect orders after they have been shipped, so please ensure that someone can receive your order at the specified shipping address. Choose an address where there will always be someone to accept your order. 

Orders are delivered by the carrier directly to the chosen shipping address at home or at a pick-up point, if you choose so.

If no one is available at the provided address to accept the order, the customer should contact the carrier to reschedule delivery.

Exchange and Returns Policy

Espiral Holística, LDA informs its customers that, for reasons of safety, hygiene, quality and control of storage conditions, it does not exchange or return food supplements, whether purchased in the physical store or through the online store.

 

Food supplements are sensitive products, whose effectiveness and safety depend on specific storage and handling conditions. After leaving our facilities, it is not possible to guarantee that the products have been stored properly, namely regarding:

• Direct exposure to sunlight;• Exposure to high or very low temperatures;• Humidity; • opening or handling of the packaging;• Proximity to other substances.

 

As it is not possible to verify or control the conditions under which the supplements were kept after delivery to the customer, Espiral Holística, LDA cannot accept their return or proceed with their exchange, in order to safeguard the health and safety of consumers and compliance with good commercial practices. 

This policy applies regardless of whether the product is sealed or apparently intact. This information does not affect the legally enshrined rights of the consumer in case of a defective or non-compliant product, situations that must be immediately communicated to Espiral Holística, LDA, for analysis under applicable law.

For any additional clarification, customers may contact us via tmchealthlab@tmchealthlab.com and in the subject line, include RETURN with your order number. In the email, please explain the reason for your return.

Important Information:

Digital Products

The return of digital product purchases (courses and PDF) is only accepted before the content is sent to the participant.

Events / Workshops

The purchase value of any event/workshop is not refundable. The participant's attendance at the event/workshop they purchased is their sole responsibility and they will not receive any refund, regardless of the reason given.

If any event/workshop is cancelled by TMC Studio, you will receive a full refund.

Exchanges

If you received an order different from what you purchased, please contact our team so we can help.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received and wish to exchange it for another product, please send us an email to tmchealthlab@tmchealthlab.com  and in the subject line, include EXCHANGE and your order number. In the email, please explain the reason for your exchange.

After we evaluate your case, if the exchange is accepted, additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges can only be made between items of the same category.

Refund

If your refund request is accepted, the request is processed immediately and may take 2 to 5 business days to be refunded.
